Saint Charles de Foucauld is a distant reltive of my wife and I am also a member of a local Jesus Caritas fraternity in England. I am trying to establish if his feast day, 1st December, is now officially on the calendar of France or indeed any other country. I would be most grateful if you could assist me with this inquiry.
